Delivery across the world is FREE. Please allow 5-10 business days for delivery after your payment.
As the recipient of the order you are responsible for all import duties, customs and local taxes in your country. The same rules apply to the return policy.

You can return or exchange your products within 14 days of purchase. The 14-day return policy doesn't apply to custom made or modified products.
Email us at lunaaccessories82@gmail.com to let us know your intention to return or replace your products. Item must be in its original undamaged packaging and in unused condition. Damaged packaging will incur a 5 EUR fee.
You'll have to take care of the delivery. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will transfer the money to the same account from which payment was made, or we will replace the product within 7 business days
